Charging $200 in labor for each individual part to be installed is a bit ridiculous. Total cost of the parts were $30 and you charged me $400 in labor. Will not be a return customer. Joseph was a very good technician.
He was through and advised of future problems. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Mathew provided great service and I would have him come back again if I need service
I would definitely recommend these guys
Very professional and organized in his work and work ethics thank you

Checked on thermostat that needs to be moved and checked on bathroom duct that needs to be moved to main zone relocated drain line
Found drain line plugged up blue all drain line check the operations
Check amperage on blower motors check all duct work check primary drain lines and secondary drain lines checked all electrical connections check and draw on condenser fan motors and compressors check capacitors check contactors found upstairs contactor pitted replace contactor check Freon levels
Contactor shorted causing fuse on board to go out. Replaced contactor and fuse, system had a , 19.8 degree split and is cooling well.
Maintenance: performed cooling maintenance on two systems. Both systems achieving 17-18 degree temperature split in cool.
maintenance: performed cooling maintenance on system. System achieving 18 degree temperature split in cooling. Amo draws are within range, and drains are clear and draining normally at this time.
Installed 3 Ton Furnace, heater feet, transition.
Repair: tested heating components on furnace. Heater is operating with a 45 degree temperature rise at this time. Draft motor is drawing normal amps, blower motor amp draws are in range at this time. Blower capacitor is in range. Possible intermittent blower failure, but could not recreate.
AC repair: turn system on and off several times. System always ran heat when thermostat called, and turned off when satisfied. System never cut off during mid heat cycle. System was achieving 33 degree temperature rise. Thermostat temperature was accurate to room temperature in upstairs return.
Ac repair: filter is caked with dirt and dust, reducing air flow to the point of freezing the evaporator coil. Tested with filter out of system and pressures and temperatures split are in range with a 20 degree temperature split. Recommend opening coil box and Performing evaporator coil cleaning to remove any dust and dirt off the coil to allow the best airflow through the system. Also recommend signing up for the comfort Club membership for twice-annual inspections on system and components. Drain line was clear and draining normally at this time.
Maintenance: performed heating maintenance. Both heaters are operating normally at this time. Achieving 37 degree temperature splits. Recommend surge protectors on all equipment to protect from surge events damaging compressors and motors.
